At the very beginning i have to mention that to get all of the benefits of this green smoothie diet you should drink it once a day for at least 14 days. You probably will feel and see the results in less than 10 days but the real transformation of the metabolism system will start after about 14 days. In my opinion, one of the biggest advantages of Green Juice is that to prepare it you do not need any shaker or mixer – all you need is a teaspoon and a moment of patience to mix everything well. The smell and taste of this drink is very exotic and refreshing. As I am a person who has to get up very early and because of hypertension problems I can’t (or at least i shouldn’t) drink coffee .. so I decided that every morning instead of coffee i will drink a glass of Green Juice. Now, after about 2 months i can proudly say that I am very happy that I made this decision. Why? Because instead of unhealthy caffeine my body receives natural ingredients and the effects are the same or even better! So what makes Green Juice affect our body so well? Just look at the ingredients that are inside this product:

I think that at the end of this review, I should describe when I started using this product and what effect it had on me at the very beginning. I started using Green Juice about 2 months ago (at the beginning of September). Since then I have been drinking it every single day and I must admit that I am very happy with the results. In the first week I didn’t see or feel much difference but everything changed after about 2 weeks. The first effect – I started to sleep better (earlier I had a problem with it). Then I noticed that I was ‘more active’ during the day. I did not want to sit at home, I preferred to go to the park with my kids or go shopping in a nearby shopping center. I was (and i still am) full of energy throughout the whole day. When it comes to losing weight – in the first month I lost about 6.5 lbs, in the next month about 7 lbs. My figure definitely improved especially around my belly and underarms. In addition, thanks to my running workouts I see a big difference in the look of my bottom and my thighs.
